  • If a Play Integrity error message appears in the LLB Banking App, first check whether your operating system is up to date. Install any available updates and restart your device. If the error message persists, please check your device's Play Protect certification:

    1. Open the Google Play Store.
    2. Tap Profile > Settings > About.
    3. Review the entry Play Protect certification.

    If it shows "Not certified", you need to register your device with Google:

    1. Go to https://www.google.com/android/uncertified/
    2. Enter your GSF ID (Google Services Framework ID).
    3. You can find your GSF ID by searching for keywords such as "GSF-ID Viewer" in the Play Store to locate a suitable app.
    4. After registering your device, it may take several hours before the certification becomes active and the app works again.
