The online discount applies in all cases, of course.

Design enhancements:
You will receive a message in the Online Banking Notification Centre that an extension is possible. From there, you can start the three-step extension process:
- Step 1: Specify the amount (total or partial amount)
- Step 2: Select the financing product and term
- Step 3: Review the summary and send the extension/conversion request
In order to convert a Money Market mortgage to a fixed-rate mortgage during the term, you need to search for the mortgage in the asset overview. From there, you can start the three-step process using the "Extension" action.
