LLB Bank AG has established various reporting channels to report suspected misconduct within its organization. Misconduct includes violations of criminal, regulatory, and administrative law, as well as other legal regulations and internal guidelines. Further Procedure

Your report will be processed by an independent office of LLB, enabling a dialogue under the strictest confidentiality. The employees of the reporting office are subject to business and banking secrecy. Depending on the content of your report, the matter will be clarified by the relevant department (e.g., Legal, HR, etc.) within LLB AG. This may also trigger internal investigations or disciplinary proceedings. Our goal is to uncover irregularities and prevent financial damage through such reports.
