June 2026 release
Operating system requirements for smartphones and tablets
We are constantly improving our security standards to ensure that your data and LLB E-Banking are well protected. From now on, you will need at least iOS 16.4 or Android 10 to use the LLB Banking app. We recommend always using the latest versions.
The minimum requirements are regularly updated. The following changes are currently planned:
- from 11/2026: at least iOS 16.4 or Android 12
- from 06/2027: at least iOS 17 or Android 14
Please note that this plan is subject to change.
App notification: operating system support
If your device or operating system is no longer supported, you will now receive a corresponding notification in the LLB Banking app.
The notification informs you in advance that operating system support is coming to an end and that a software update is required.
We recommend always using the latest versions of operating systems. An up-to-date operating system is the foundation for secure banking.
