The LLB's high level of investment expertise has once again catapulted the LLB Equities Dividend Pearls Global (CHF) fund to the top of the rankings, confirming the LLB's outstanding equity management in the Equity Global Income category. This is the third year in a row that the fund has won, this time for its performance over the past ten years. The fund invests in a broadly diversified equity portfolio to achieve a total return as high as possible. When selecting equities, the fund managers favour world market leaders with above-average expected dividend and shareholder returns.
Over the past years, the LLB has repeatedly received accolades in various countries for its investment expertise, including last year's Refinitiv Lipper Award for the best fund range in Europe. "In addition to this Best Group Award, several of our equity and bond funds, in particular our strategy funds, achieved top rankings. This demonstrates the LLB Group's expertise as an asset manager especially well," says Markus Wiedemann, Chief Investment Officer of the LLB Group. "We are delighted to have repeatedly won the Equity Global Income category for all funds approved in Switzerland. In this way, the LLB has again shown that it creates sustainable added value for its clients through systematic investment processes."
For more than three decades and in over 20 countries, the Refinitiv Lipper Fund Awards have been the most important recognition in the fund industry honouring consistently strong risk-adjusted performance by the best of the best. This year's awards were presented on Wednesday, 26 February 2020, at the Refinitiv Lipper Switzerland 2020 Fund Awards in Zurich. Refinitiv – formerly the financial and risk business of Thomson Reuters – is one of the largest providers of financial market data and infrastructure.
