New internet portals of the LLB Group

Vaduz, 17 July 2017. The Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) and Bank Linth have launched their new websites. Their centrepiece is the integrated Online Banking, which will be available on all stationary and mobile devices – easy to use, convenient, and secure.

Fully integrated Online Banking of the LLB and Bank Linth

Digitalisation is a top priority at the LLB Group. Just recently the LLB and Bank Linth redesigned their Mobile Banking apps for iOS and Android. Now it's the websites' turn: They are now designed as internet portals giving access to all the online offerings of the two banks – including the completely updated and expanded Online Banking.

Seamless integration across all platforms

The LLB Group reworked the technology, design, and contents of its websites from scratch, seamlessly integrating Online Banking. The design of the websites is generous and easy to read. The websites are implemented according to the most recent insights of user interface design. Information elements and transaction functions are presented seamlessly, independently of the devices and operating systems used. "This ensures a uniform client experience across all our online platforms – from the websites to Online and Mobile Banking, the LLB Xpert Views platform for intermediaries, LLB Quotes, and the LLB online annual report," says Kurt Mäder, Group Chief Operating Officer of the LLB Group. "In terms of content, technology, and formal specifications, we are offering our clients pioneering solutions. These solutions form the basis so that our digital services are consistently guided by client needs and our business processes are optimised from start to finish."

LLB Gruppe Dashboard

Everything secure in one place – with dashboard and co-browsing

The websites can be personalised and are geared toward the different groups visiting the banks: private individuals, companies, and institutions. Previously available interactive elements such as video identification, the LLB and Bank Linth Combi product configurator, and the topic-specific calculators such as the mortgage calculator and the financial planner continue to be offered on the new portals.

Users access Online Banking directly via the websites by way of two-factor authentication with PhotoTAN identification. The online environment of the LLB Group relies on the most recent security standards with sophisticated protection from misuse. One part of the new solution is also a system for the early detection of fraudulent payments (fraud detection), using methods of artificial intelligence.

Another special feature is the intuitive, personalisable Online Banking dashboard, from where the most frequently used functions can be carried out quickly and with ease. Anyone looking for help in Online Banking can have an employee of the Customer Service Center provide support by way of co-browsing.

Broad changeover from the end of July 2017

The web portals of the LLB and Bank Linth are available effective immediately. New clients will be given access to the new, integrated Online Banking from today. The changeover for existing clients will take place from the end of July after personal notification and instruction by the banks. Until the changeover, clients can continue to use the old Online Banking.

The new portals can be accessed at www.llb.li and www.banklinth.ch.
