Through three dynamic assignments within a market division, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of client-facing activities and the advisory business from the ground up.
You will be supported by your team, your manager and your mentor, preparing you for your future role as a Relationship Manager and client acquisition specialist.
You will gain in-depth practical experience within the business area and take on meaningful responsibilities, both behind the scenes and in direct client-facing activities.
You will contribute to strategic initiatives, for example by analysing business cases.

18 months: three consecutive assignments of six months each with a dynamic transition

The Relationship Management Trainee Programme is designed to prepare future talent for a successful start as a (Junior) Relationship Manager within LLB.
