Our employer awards as a seal of quality
LLB was chosen as the best employer of the year in Switzerland and Liechtenstein in 2024. It achieved first place in the Swiss Arbeitgeber Award for companies with more than 1'000 employees. The Swiss Arbeitgeber Award is given to companies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein that are rated as outstanding in five categories in the employee survey. LLB won the award on the strength of the excellent ratings given by employees in the categories "Commitment", "Satisfaction", "No resignation", "Attractive employer" and "Would recommend employer to others". It also had one of the highest participation rates (91 per cent).
In 2020, LLB was the first financial service provider in the Principality of Liechtenstein to receive the "Friendly Work Space" label. The Health Promotion Switzerland Foundation gives this label to companies in recognition of systematically implemented occupational health management. Companies bearing the label have proven that they design their working relationships to promote health. The award highlights LLB's strong and targeted commitment to creating good working conditions for its employees.
