General Management Trainee Programme: The Ideal Launchpad After Your Master's Degree

Then our 18-month General Management Trainee Programme is the perfect place to start. What you can expect from us:
- Through three assignments across different divisions, you will gain a broad understanding of our universal bank and the wide range of opportunities it offers.
- You will gain hands-on experience in various business areas and take on meaningful responsibilities, both behind the scenes and in direct client-facing roles.
- You will contribute to group-wide projects, independently manage workstreams and support strategic initiatives, for example by developing innovative concepts or analysing business cases.
- You will build valuable connections with senior leaders and management throughout the programme.

The positions for the General Management Trainee Programme starting in September 2026 have already been filled. The next application phase will open in February 2027 for the programme starting in September 2027.
