Revised Login Screen in LLB Online Banking and LLB Portfolio Analysis

To improve user experience, the login screen in LLB Online Banking and LLB Portfolio Analysis has been revised – particularly the step for confirming the security code.

A new feature now displays a detailed step-by-step guide for the login process alongside the verification code. Additionally, an illustrative graphic on the right-hand side shows an example of a push notification from the LLB Banking App.

PDF Account Statement Now Available for Order in E-Banking

A new feature in Online Banking, Portfolio Analysis, and the LLB Banking App allows users to order a PDF account statement. The document is delivered electronically to the E-Documents (Mailbox > Documents) section, typically within a few minutes – like other reports.

This new PDF account statement complements the existing E-Banking account statement available under Account Transactions > PDF Download. While the latter only includes the currently displayed transactions—by default limited to the last 200 transactions per account—the new report provides a complete overview of all transactions within a freely selectable time period, consolidated into a single document. This is especially useful for extensive statements, as it eliminates the need to split the data into multiple individual reports.

You can find the new report type under:

Mailbox > Documents > Order Reports > Statement of account

The existing report type, which previously only supported technical formats (CAMT and MT940), has now been extended to include the PDF option.

LLB Banking App: Switchback to "Approvals only" mode now possible

A new feature in the LLB Banking App allows users to switch an app with active banking features into "Approvals Only" mode at any time.

This option is available in the LLB Banking App after login under App Settings > General, located at the top of the page. The deactivation is possible via a toggle switch.

Once confirmed, the respective user on this device will be switched to "Authorizations Only" mode. Access to banking features via the app will no longer be possible. Other devices used by the same user or other users on this device remain unaffected and retain their current settings.

If needed, the banking features can be reactivated on this device at any time.

Redesigned "Maturities" Page in Portfolio Analysis

The "Maturities" page in our LLB Lhas been redesigned to improve clarity and user experience.

Instead of the previous two tables – Maturities within One Year and All Maturities – a single consolidated table is now displayed. By default, this table shows all maturities within one year. The underlying logic remains unchanged, as this table was already shown at the top in the previous version.

A new filter attribute now replaces the second table. This filter allows users to switch between the default view and the All Maturities view at any time. As a result, the user interface is more clearly structured, and navigation within the page is simplified.

Improvements to the Money Market Self-Service

Effective immediately, money market investments are now also available in British Pounds (GBP) via LLB Online Banking, LLB Portfolioanalysis and the LLB Banking App – in addition to the previously supported currencies CHF, EUR, and USD. A corresponding GBP current account is required. Only GBP current accounts will be displayed as reference accounts. If no such account exists and the Pro package is not in use, a message will indicate the need for an upgrade.

Additionally, all money market orders placed since January 1, 2022, are now visible in our E-Banking. These can be found under Orders > Money market investments. Newly submitted orders appear there immediately after entry – providing greater transparency and clarity.

Expansion of card management and settings in e-banking

PIN display and change are now available in our E-Banking

You can now view or change the PIN of your debit card directly in our E-Banking. Access to these features is strictly limited to the respective cardholder.

After successful authentication, the current PIN will be displayed for 20 seconds. Additionally, a new PIN can be set directly in the E-Banking – also following prior authentication.

Optimized card view for improved clarity

The display of debit cards in our Online Banking and the LLB Banking App has been redesigned to make it easier to identify individual cards:

  • The full name of the cardholder is now shown at the top of the card.
  • The last four digits of the card number remain visible and are now displayed in the bottom row.
  • For cards in euros (EUR), the currency label "EUR" is now shown in the center between the card number and the VISA logo.

These improvements improve clarity and make it easier to distinguish between multiple cards per user.
