Security with the virtual LLB debit card

The virtual LLB debit card offers a high level of security for your online payments – without any physical card at all. If you suspect fraud, you can delete the card immediately and get a new one with a different card number – quickly and easily, without any waiting time or card mailing.

You can also activate or deactivate online payments at any time and set individual limits in LLB Online Banking or the LLB Banking App. That helps you manage risks in a targeted manner and always maintain an overview thanks to digital management, allowing you to react immediately if necessary.

The virtual LLB debit card helps you keep your spending under control at all times. You can set individual, deliberately low card limits to protect your budget and avoid unnecessary spending. Order a new card easily in the LLB B Banking App

How it works

Step 1 of 5: Open the "Cards" area in your LLB Banking App and tap the plus symbol in the top right. Select "Order new card" and tap "Next". Select the desired account and the user, then tap "Next" again.
Step 2 of 5: Select "Virtual card (digital)". If you wish, you can change the colour of your card by tapping "Adjust colour of your card". Save the desired colour by tapping "Save colour" and then tap "Next".
Step 3 of 5: Enter the cardholder’s mobile phone number and tap "Next". Then enter the 6-digit SMS code and confirm it by tapping "Confirm". Then activate or deactivate the overdraft limit and tap "Next" again.
Step 4 of 5: Activate or deactivate the overdraft limit and tap "Next". Read the privacy policy and confirm it using the slider. Please note that all documents must be opened. Then tap "Next" again.
Step 5 of 5: Check your details and tap "Order card". A confirmation will then be displayed to indicate that your order has been received.
