IT Trainee programme: The Ideal Launchpad After Your Master's Degree

Would you like to kick-start your career as an IT specialist after completing your studies? Then our 18-month IT Trainee Programme is the right choice for you. What you can expect from us:

Through three assignments, you will gain insight into the breadth and diversity of our IT organisation.
You will be supported by your team, your manager, and your mentor, preparing you for your future role as an IT professional within the LLB Group.
You will gain in-depth practical insights into the business area and take on responsibility from an early stage.
You will contribute to strategic initiatives, for example by analysing new business needs or helping to define requirements.
You will build valuable connections with senior leaders and management throughout the programme.

What we expect from you:

Successfully completed master's degree
Proven commitment and engagement
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and complex topics
Strong interest in IT and the financial industry, ideally complemented by initial practical experience in an IT environment
Affinity for technological developments and digital transformation

Excellent German language skills (C1 level)

Your Next Steps

If your master's degree was completed no more than 18 months prior to the start of the programme and you are highly proficient in both German and English, we look forward to receiving your application.

The positions for the Trainee Programme starting in September 2026 have already been filled. The next application phase will open in February 2027 for the programme starting in September 2027.
